OUR CONSULTATION / SYSTEM PURCHASE PACKAGE IS IDEAL FOR PLANTS WHICH:

• Conduct more than 3 tours of any type per year
• Have dedicated guides and staff to manage logistical elements of tours
• Integrate tours as a regular operational component
• Must be able to react quickly to "pop-up" tours for executives, customers, etc.
• Desire to maximize value by making an investment in their own equipment

PLANT TOURS COMMUNICATIONS OFFERS TWO EVALUATION OPTIONS:

1. PlantTours Service Representative On-Site Consultation - In-depth, on-site presentation and consultation for all tour systems equipment selection, operation and implementation. PlantTours will send a Service Rep to your site to meet with plant personnel and demonstrate/test the products in all tour areas of your facility. The Service Rep can answer any questions during the test to help you select the products most beneficial for your plant.
2. Demo Package Shipped to your site - We will send you samples of our PlantTours systems to test at your convenience. You make the selection based on the results of your in-house evaluation.

With either option, our in-depth consultation will help evaluate your tour goals and characteristics, determine all equipment selection and will assist in technical and logistical solutions. Each client's tour site will receive custom recommendations based on facility requirements such as noise, space, safety, and interactive communication goals. PlantTours also interviews tour guide personnel and evaluates tour content to help maximize the message and impact of the tour.
