One of Cargill Beef’s processing facilities in Fresno, CA approached Plant-Tours.com for a tour guide system to communicate with their special guests during tours of their facility.
WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION
Once the Cargill Production Manager contacted us, a Demo Kit was sent to the plant for evaluation and the staff was able to select their preferred products for their communication system. Cargill continued to add to their system for many years and upgraded to the Premier System featuring the PT-5100 Transmitter. This patented guide transmitter combined with the high noise-reducing PT-5200 All-In-One headset allows each tour guide to be able to effectively speak and listen in high noise processing areas of the Cargill facility. The system makes it easy for the tour guide to clearly hear their own voice, thus eliminating the natural inclination to shout and to hear every question of each guest during the tour. There is no reason to wait until the end of the tour with the PT-5100 with an All-In-One Guide Headset. All information and questions can be provided on the shop floor, during the tour, in front of the processor machine. This enriches the tour experience and makes the format efficient and effective for all participants.
