How many people can be in each tour group and hear the guide?
You are only limited by the physical space available to you in your facility. There is no limit to the number of people that can listen to your guide.
How many groups can I tour at one time?
Up to 17 groups can tour in the same area at the same time with a full and clear signal and without any channel/frequency conflict.
What is the range of signal between the guide and the guests?
Approximately 150 feet, depending on structure between guide and visitor. In some cases, signals can reach as far as 300+ feet. A good rule of thumb is to have a maximum of 30-40 people per group.
Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
We offer a 5 year Limited warranty on the core products (receivers and transmitters). This means that we will replace or repair the product for 5 years from date of purchase unless it has been misused, neglected or abused. We provide this assurance because of the confidence we have in the system.
