Q: We average one tour a month – why buy a system?
A: The overall objectives of a plant tour are clear communication and professional presentation. A Plant-Tours.com system delivers top quality sound, a hassle-free experience for VIPs and a positive impression of your facility.
Q: How many people can be in each tour group and hear the guide?
A: You are only limited by the physical space available to you in your facility. There is no limit to the number of people that can listen to your guide.
Q: How many groups can I tour at one time?
A: Up to 17 groups can tour in the same area at the same time with a full and clear signal and without any channel/frequency conflict.
Q: What is the range of signal between the guide and the guests?
A: Approximately 150 feet, depending on structure between guide and visitor. In some cases, signals can reach as far as 300+ feet. A good rule of thumb is to have a maximum of 30-40 people per group.
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
A: We offer a 5 year Limited warranty on the core products (receivers and transmitters). This means that we will replace or repair the product for 5 years from date of purchase unless it has been misused, neglected or abused. We provide this assurance because of the confidence we have in the system.

A: We designed the receivers, transmitters, wireless microphones, charging cases, headsets and headphones we offer based upon our expertise in all manufacturing environments. We are completely familiar with all types of tour formats planned by our customers which give us a total focus on your staff, visitors and guests on tour day. We provide comprehensive service, support, and a Full Service Rental Program to accommodate small and large special plant events. We also handle the service of your equipment personally – we do not send our clients off to third party service depots if they have problems. We will take care of your needs personally, efficiently, and will provide immediate solutions.
Q: I know I need a solution for our tour problems because our guests can’t hear, our guides are tired of shouting, and the tours are a frustrating waste of time. How can we test the system to see if it will work?
A: We will be happy to forward a free Demo Kit including samples of all the products available for you to evaluate and test in your facility. You can take all the time you’d like to try the various options to find the ideal combination for the tours in your plant. Q: How quickly can I get a Demo Kit?

Q: If I decide to place an order for a Plant-Tours.com System, when can you ship?
A: We stock everything we sell in our warehouse. Once ordered, we will immediately prepare, assemble the components, pre-set, pre-program, and pre-charge the equipment and ship the system to your attention. Your Plant-Tours.com System will arrive at your facility ready for immediate use. You will not have to spend hours or days putting the system together-we do it all for you.
